Can tenants use the receipt for HRA?
Mahina receipts show the tenant name, amount, month, payment date and your business name. For an HRA claim, tenants may also need your PAN if annual rent is above ₹1 lakh, which you can add to the receipt note.
Is Mahina free?
Yes, for up to 15 tenants. Pro is ₹149 a month for unlimited tenants.
