Pricing questions
What happens if I go over 15 members on the free plan?
Your existing members and history stay. You just can't add a 16th member until you upgrade or mark someone inactive and remove them.
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. Pro is prepaid for one month or one year. We'll remind you before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose to renew.
How do I pay for Pro?
Through Razorpay with UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy within 7 days of your first Pro payment, write to us and we'll refund it in full. Details are in the refund policy.
